The Jettway Summer Tour is an immersive performance experience designed for students who are ready to take their musicianship to the next level. Students are placed into bands with other musicians, work with Jettway's Award winning instructors, develop setlists, rehearse together, and prepare for live performances. Each season, Jettway has 8 bands consisting of students aged 14 to 20 years old and 8 bands consisting of ages 14 and under known as our Junior Jammers.
Throughout the program, students experience what it’s really like to be part of a band—from picking band names, to learning songs and arranging parts, rehearsing, working together, setting up, sound checking, and performing in front of a live audience.
The goal isn't simply to learn more songs. It's to learn how to become a musician.
Students build confidence, learn how to communicate and collaborate with other musicians, develop real-world performance skills, and create memories they'll carry with them long after the summer is over.
From the rehearsal room to the stage, the Jettway Summer Tour gives students the opportunity to learn, rehearse, perform, and experience music together.
